Fran is an experienced and recognised change leader in the UK Food System. She has spent the last 15 years in both commercial and sustainability leadership roles, in Australasia and the UK. With deep knowledge of retail and upstream manufacturing sectors, Fran has a strong understanding of the interdependent relationships across the Supply Chain.
Her most recent role leading the Sustainability function of Greencore PLC, the leading convenience food businesses in the UK, Fran led the execution of their ‘Better Future’ Sustainability Strategy. With her focus on building governance and incentive structures, engaging industry stakeholders, developing business capability, and delivery of results - Fran is recognised for her ability to drive transformational change.
Fran is currently completing an Executive Masters in Sustainable Business Transformation at IMD whilst taking some time away from Corporate Sustainability.
