Entry Requirements
- All entries must have a food hygiene rating of five.
- To qualify as an independent, the company must have no more than 9 outlets.
- We may visit sites to conduct a ‘mystery shopper visit’.
- Entrants are encouraged to submit an entry (no more than 2 sides of A4) stating why they think they should be considered for an award.
