Judging continues apace for the 35th edition of the Pizza, Pasta & Italian Food Industry Awards (the PAPAs). And as we head towards the big night of celebration on Thursday, 7 November 2024 at the Royal Lancaster, London, the finalists in the award categories are being decided.
