With over four decades in the baking industry and over 25 years specialising in pizza, Chris Dickinson is one of the UK’s most experienced pizza development specialists.
His career has included developing pizza doughs and bakery products for leading retailers, restaurant groups and hospitality brands as well as leading pizza operations at The Championships, Wimbledon.
Chris is a former Craft Guild of Chefs Development Chef of the Year and a previous PAPA Awards winner.
He has judged many bakery, pizza, street food and breakfast awards over the years including the PAPA Awards
