With a career spanning 35 years, Chef Michael Eyre spearheads the Jestic culinary team in delivering award-winning training and education to restaurants and chefs across the globe. As Product Director, Michael leads the team in supporting customers with the best equipment for their kitchen, identifying and sharing the latest consumer trends and developing standout menus.

As an expert adviser to many leading household names, Michael has helped them to develop their restaurant concepts into successful restaurant chains, as well as working with global restaurant brands and Michelin- starred chefs in developing profitable restaurant concepts and menus. He delivers an outstanding programme of expert evaluation, monitoring, testing and menu development. Michael attends customer sites to understand their needs, before welcoming them to Jestic’s Development Kitchens in Kent and Manchester to work together in creating the right solution for their business.

With a wealth of experience in judging throughout the foodservice industry, Michael has proudly supported the Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association over the last 20 years and is delighted to be on the judging panel once again.
