Maurice was Director of Business Development at Domino’s Pizza leading the 50 stores per year roll-out. Maurice has been an advisor to several companies in the sector - Just Eat, ASK & Zizzi, Wagamama, Tortilla, Chipotle and Firezza (which was sold to Pizza Express). He was chairman of orderTalk (online ordering systems for restaurants) until May 2018 when the company was sold to UberEats and also sits on the PAPA Management Committee.
Maurice is a recipient of the Lifetime achievement by PAPA and has appeared in BBC 2 Million Pound Menu as an investor/judge.
