Entry Requirements
- All entries must have a food hygiene rating of five.
- To qualify, the company must have no more than 9 outlets and offer a delivery service.
- Entrants are encouraged to submit an entry (no mord than 2 sides of A4) stating why they think they should be considered for the award.
