Entry Requirements
All Restaurants with a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 are considered for this award, however entries are encouraged to provide additional and supporting information.
- All Chain Retailers with a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 are considered for this award however entries are encouraged to provide additional and supporting information.
- Judges will take into account the entry submission (all information provided is strictly confidential) together with research data from Kantar, Lumina Intelligence and FutureFoodservice, where available.
