This year's award goes to someone who has been involved in the pizza industry for many years. In Jestic, he built one of the most successful equipment businesses in the UK, representing a number of leading brands and establishing a one-stop-shop for pizza ovens and equipment. To this day, he remains involved with Jestic as a non-executive director.
