Italian Style Food Award Shortlist

An award for food products or ingredients bringing something new and inspiring for chefs to use when creating their menu. Suitable entries could be a new ingredient; pasta style; a seasoning; a sauce; a cheese or similar – anything which would be a component of a dish but not a finished meal in itself.  This award may be split into retail and foodservice categories.
